Reminiscence and life review

  • Reminiscence and life review techniques involve going back over the patient’s life and remembering particular days and events. The two therapies are similar, although reminiscence tends to be more about remembering pleasant events spontaneously, while life review therapy is more structured and involves an evaluation of the patient’s life
