Non-cognitive changes are common and 40% of cases may suffer from depression. There may also be delusions, hallucinations and aggression. They may also fail to appreciate their cognitive deficit – anosognosia.

  • changes in personality include:
    • positive changes - catastrophic reactions
    • negative changes
  • behavioural changes include:
    • disinhibition
    • deficit
    • adaptation to impairment.
