- endometriosis: 10mg bd to tds, 5th day to 25th day of cycle or continuously
- amenorrhoea: 10mg bd,11th to 25th day with oestrogen 1st to 25th day
- premenstrual syndrome: 10mg bd, 12th to 26th day
