The most frequent and serious side effects are:
- anaemia - in up to 30% of cases } bone marrow
- neutropenia and leucopenia } suppression
Others include:
- nausea and vomiting
- paraesthesia
- rashes
- fever
- myalgia
- anorexia
- abdominal pain
- headache
- insomnia
