cautions and contraindications

Cautions include:
- predisposition to lowered seizure threshold/ increased risk of seizures (including brain tumour, previous head injury, other medications, diabetes, alcohol abuse)
- renal or mild-moderate hepatic impairment
- psychotic episodes
- elderly
Contraindications include:
- hypersensitivity
- previous/current seizure or eating disorder
- recent/current MAOIs (including selegiline)
- severe hepatic cirrhosis
- bipolar disorder
- pregnancy and lactation - not recommended
