  • highly emetogenic:
    • cisplatin
    • mechlorethamine hydrochloride
    • streptozocin
    • dacarbazine
    • carmustine
    • dactinomycin

  • moderately emetogenic:
    • cyclophosphamide
    • doxorubicin
    • carboplatin
    • mitomycin
    • asparaginase
    • azacitidine

  • mildly emetogenic:
    • fluorouracil
    • methotrexate
    • etoposide
    • vincristine
    • bleomycin
