Features include:

  • developmental delay, with
    • variable learning difficulties
    • speech and language delay
    • gross motor delay
    • impaired fine motor activity, with poor coordination
  • increased growth, which starts prenatally, and is particularly rapid in the first two or three years, stabilising after five years, and reaching normal adult height:
    • large hands and feet
    • long arms
    • macrocephaly
    • advanced bone age
    • precocious puberty
  • dysmorphic facial features:
    • dolicocephaly
    • hypertelorism
    • high palate
    • prognathism
  • other developmental abnormalities:
    • cardiac
    • genitourinary
    • scoliosis
