Holt-Oram syndrome

Holt-Oram syndrome is the occurrence of an atrial septal defect, particularly secundum defects, with:
- other cardiac defects
- skeletal defects of the upper limb
- hypoplasia of clavicles
It is inherited in an autosomal dominant manner.
