Rud's syndrome is an autosomal recessive disorder which consists of:
- lamellar ichthyosis
- dwarfism
- mental deficiency
- hypogonadism
- epilepsy
achondroplasia type dwarf or dwarfism
mental retardation (term that has been replaced by intellectual developmental disorder)
