side effects

Unwanted effects in reported in randomised placebo-controlled trials of tiagabine as add-on therapy include:
- dizziness
- tiredness
- non-specific nervousness
- less common side effects included diarrhoea, tremor, depression and emotional lability
- rare side effects included confusion, speech impairment, drowsiness, weakness, psychosis, and leucopaenia
