hereditary adenocarcinomatosis syndrome

This is Lynch II syndrome.
This syndrome is the inherited tendency to develop adenocarcinoma of the colon and extra-colonic tissues.
Inheritance is autosomal dominant.
The most common malignancies in this syndrome are:
- colon
- ovary
- pancreas
- breast
