- erythromycin may increase bromocriptine plasma levels
- there have been reports of psychosis with concomitant bromocriptine and pseudoephedrine administration
- the beneficial effects of dopamine agonists will be counteracted by the use of dopamine antagonists, including antipsychotic agents
- concomitant levo dopa use with a dopamine agonist leads to an increased risk of dopamine-related side-effects
