indications and contraindications

Indications:
- osteoarthritis - usually in the older age group
- rheumatoid arthritis - any age
- post-trauma - usually younger age group
- correction of deformity
Absolute contraindications:
- active sepsis
- neuropathic arthropathy
Relative contraindications:
- neuromuscular disorders
- inadequate extensor mechanisms in the knee joint
