unwanted effects

These include:
- dry mouth (27% of patients)
- constipation (17% of patients)
- increased sweating (14% of patients)
- urine hesitancy (and occasionally urinary retention) occurs in 4-12% of patients (predominantly men).
- in up to 10% of patients they may experience symptoms related to tachycardia or hypotension.
- other effects include impotence (5%) and insomnia (14%).
