This is used to describe patients whom present with the somatic abnormalities of pseudohypothyroidism but lack the biochemical ones.
The occurrence of pseudopseudohypoparathyroidism in the same families as pseudohypoparathyroidism has been reported. This may represent incomplete genetic expression of the same genetic abnormality.
